01About Morgan Beef
Between the yard and the container
We are an export desk first. Everything we do is arranged around getting a specified product onto a specified vessel, on the date we said.
Morgan Beef works in the space between the cattle yard and the container. We buy to a written specification, process to that same specification, and hold the cold chain from the chill room through to the vessel. Buyers deal with one desk for the whole route: cut sheet, packing, documentation, booking and tracking, so a shipment does not change hands between three companies before it reaches the port.
Most of what we load goes to buyers who reorder on a schedule. That is why consistency of supply and paperwork that clears first time matter more to us than a low headline price. Every consignment leaves with the documents its destination market asks for, and every carton carries the lot reference it was packed under.
Export-ready documentation
Health certificate, certificate of origin, packing list, invoice and bill of lading, prepared to the destination market rather than to a template.
Quality-first processing
Cut, trim, pack and label are checked against the confirmed cut sheet before dispatch, not after a rejection at the border.
Reliable scheduling
Production is booked against your delivery window, and we tell you early when a window moves rather than at the point of loading.

03Quality & compliance
Quality Assurance & Compliance Standards
We would rather describe how we work than publish a badge we cannot evidence. What follows is our standing practice. Current certificates, registrations and inspection reports are supplied on request and named on the quote, so you can verify them before you commit to an order.
We follow HACCP principles
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles are applied across receiving, processing, chilling and loading, with critical control points recorded for each production run.
Cold-chain integrity
Frozen product is held and shipped at -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Reefer set points are agreed in writing before loading and the temperature record travels with the consignment.
Lot-level traceability
Every carton carries a lot reference that ties back to its production date and consignment, so a query can be answered down to the individual pallet.
Documentation to the destination market
Veterinary health certificate, certificate of origin, packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading, prepared against the requirements of the market the goods are entering.
Specification control
Cut sheet, trim level, packing, labelling and any market-specific requirement are documented per contract and verified before dispatch.
Independent verification on request
Third-party inspection and pre-shipment sampling can be arranged at your request and at agreed cost. We will name the inspecting body on the quote.
Document gallery
These four images are placeholders, not certificates. They mark where the current documents sit once they are issued. Ask for the live set in your quote request and we will send the originals with the response.
04Export process
From specification to loaded container, in four steps
Nothing moves to the next step until the previous one is confirmed in writing. It is slower to start and considerably faster at the border.
Step 01
Sampling & Specs
Send your cut sheet, trim level, packing and destination market. We confirm what we can supply against it, quote, and provide samples or specification sheets where a sample is practical.
Step 02
Order Confirmation
Volume, price, Incoterms, packing and delivery window are fixed in a written proforma. Documentation requirements for the destination market are agreed here, not after loading.
Step 03
Cold-Chain Processing
Production is scheduled against your window. Product is cut, packed and labelled to the confirmed specification, then chilled or blast frozen and held at set point until loading.
Step 04
Shipping & Tracking
We book the reefer, load under supervision and issue the document set. You receive the booking reference, the container number and the temperature record for the voyage.
Incoterms, payment terms and the document set are agreed at step two and do not change afterwards without a written amendment from both sides.
